| 摘 要： | 研制的医用洗板机选用可编程序控制器作为洗板机清洗过程的自动控制设备。自动控制系统采用以控制开关量为主的顺序控制过程和条件编码顺序控制方案，依据医用洗板机自动控制过程的工艺流程图，按预定的条件，逐步进行各阶段动作步序的控制。经过反复的实际测试，在程序设计中设计直流电机停电后反向转动０．２ｓ，以消除直流电机的旋转惯性，从而达到了用直流电机代替步进电机来降低硬件成本的目的。

| Abstract: | The automatic control system of hospital plate washer is developed. Programmable controller is used as a control element in hospital plate washer. Meanwhile, the software programming is developed to make the direct current motor instead of the step control motor. The cost of the plate washer is reduced and the reliability of the plate washer is improved. |
