番茄压缩载荷的响应分析

摘    要:根据番茄结构特点,以二维问题为研究对象,建立了番茄力学模型.提出了用线性拟合试验数据确定物体刚度的方法.研究了番茄压缩时压缩外力、压缩变形量和皮的应力之间的关系.为设计制造有关各种机械和系统;为预测机械损伤、提高产品质量据提供理论指导.通过试验和番茄力学模型的计算,得出了番茄在压缩情况下,总体变形量与压缩外力以及皮的应力的关系是非线性关系;皮的应力与压缩外力的关系是近似线性关系;面积改变量随压缩外力的增加而呈线性的增加;番茄首先在不受力的表皮破裂.

Abstract:According to the structural characteristic of the tomatoes and taking two-dimension problem as the research target, the mechanical model of tomatoes was established. The method using linear fitting to experimentation data for mechanical parameter of the object was gained. The relationships of the external pressure, compressing distortion and stress of tomato epidermis when tomatoes were compressed were investigated. The theoretics directions for all kinds of concerned design and manufacture of mechanism, prognostication of mechanical damage, improvement of production quality were offered. The relationships between compressing distortion and external pressure, inner-pressure and stress of tomato epidermis are not linear, while the relationships between inner-pressure and the external pressure, inner-pressure and epidermis stress of tomatoes, epidermis stress of tomatoes and the external pressure are linear approximately. Moreover, the change of tomatoes area increases linearly when the external pressure increases, and the tomato epidermis that is not subjected to force ruptures firstly.
