| 摘 要： | 为了尽快改善大庆湿地自然保护区的城市生态环境，不断提高总体的生态环境质量，笔者从大庆湿地的空气调节功能入手，依据环境经济学和生态经济学原理，采用碳税法对该湿地所提供的空气调节功能进行科学估算。结果表明，大庆湿地主要植被固定CO2的价值为4.95亿元，释放O2的价值为4.35亿元，去除温室气体排放损失价值为0.1亿元，即该地区生态系统的大气调节功能价值为9.2亿元，气体调节价值为6862元/hm2。本研究表明，大庆湿地生态系统固定大气中CO2的同时，增加大气中的O2，对维持区域大气中的CO2和O2的动态平衡，减缓温室效应，提供人类生存基本条件有着不可代替的作用。
