摘    要:为探究静电场对水曲柳花粉生命力的作用,研究设计了2个距离梯度(10cm和20cm)和3个电压梯度(1.0、1.5、2.0kV)对花粉进行处理,每个处理进行30min。分别记作:处理1:对照;处理2:1.0kV,10cm;处理3:1.0kV,20cm;处理4:1.5kV,10cm;处理5:1.5kV,20cm;处理6:2.0kV,10cm;处理7:2.0kV,20cm,统计经不同处理后花粉的萌发率,并对其产生变化的机理进行了分析。结果表明,不同情况的静电场影响效果有所差异。试验处理2、3、4、5、6、7中有5个处理提高了花粉萌发率,最高值达到94.7%,比对照高出19.7%。在电压相同的条件下,两电极金属板间较小距离处理的花粉具有较高的萌发率;在两电极金属板之间距离一定的条件下,较大电压处理的花粉具有较高的萌发率。

Abstract:An experiment was conducted to study the effect of high voltage static electric field on the pollen vitality of Fraxinus mandshurica. Two grade levels of distance between the two shields (10 cm and 20 cm) and three grade levels of voltage (1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 kV) were designed to treat the pollens and 30 min for each treatment. Four different treatments are denoted as treatment 1(control), treatment 2(1.0 kV,10 cm), treatment 3(1.0 kV,20 cm), treatment 4(1.5 kV,10 cm), treatment 5(1.5 kV,20 cm), treatment 6(2.0 kV,10 cm), and treatment 7(2.0 kV,20 cm). The germination rates of pollens form different treatments were calculated and the changing mechanism of germination rate was analysed. Results show that the effects of different static electric fields are different. The pollen germination rates of treatment 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 are improved, and the highest germination rate reaches 94.7%, which is 19.7% higher than that of the control. The pollens treated with shorter distance have higher germination rates under the same voltage condition, while the pollens treated with higher voltage show higher germination rates under the same distance condition.
