| 摘 要： | 综述了国内外生态居住区评价指标体系的研究现状及评价指标体系构建中凸显的问题,并就评价指标的选取和体系的构建过程提出了不因地域不同的确定评价因子的筛选,及从景观安全格局出发的生态居住区整个生命周期的演替过程的评价体系理论。 |

| Abstract: | The current research situations of the ecological residential area evaluation index system and the highlighted problems in the construction of the evaluation index system at home and abroad were sum up.Based on the selection of the evaluation index and the screening of different determinate evaluation factors in different regions during the system construction process,starting from the landscape security pattern,the theory of the evaluation system in the succession process of the whole life cycle in the ecological residential area was put forward. |
