摘    要:豫麦 3 6号是河南农业大学选育成的半冬性抗旱新品种。经河南省品种审定委员会审定命名。多年旱地试验表明 ,该品种抗旱、抗病、产量高。在河南省区域试验中 ,平均产量为3 552 kg/ ha,比豫麦 8号增产 1 5.8% ,居参试品种之首〔1〕。目前对作物抗旱程度一般仍局限在田间产量上鉴定 ,但从理论方面检测抗旱育种的效应研究资料报道尚不一致〔2 ,3〕。本研究旨在对豫麦 3 6号生育后期在自然干旱条件下检测其抗旱性 ,为旱地新品种选育和品种利用 ,提供理论依据1 材料与方法1 .1 试验材料供试品种豫麦 3 6号由河南农业大学提供 ,对照品种豫麦 8号…

Abstract:The results of this experiment indicats that compared with the control cultivar Yumai 8,Yumai 36 has higher activities of SOD and CAT, lower content of MDA and longer life span of functional leaves during the seed filling stage.The contents of proline, chlorophyll and protein were higher than check, but the water content of leaves was lower. New cultivar Yumai 36 has faster seed filling rate ,longer filling period and higher yield .
