土壤原油污染对黄瓜、萝卜种子发芽率和幼苗生长的影响

摘    要:目的]正确评估土壤原油污染对蔬菜的影响。方法]设置0、100、500、1 000、5 000、15 000、30 000 mg/kg7个土壤原油浓度,研究土壤原油污染对萝卜、黄瓜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果]土壤原油浓度越大,蔬菜种子的相对发芽率越小。原油浓度与种子相对发芽率之间有较好的线性关系。30 000 mg/kg处理的黄瓜、萝卜种子的相对发芽率分别为80.36%、52.31%,萝卜对原油的敏感程度高于黄瓜。黄瓜、萝卜的种子发芽率、幼苗根系长度及总鲜重的相对抑制率都随着土壤原油浓度的增加而增大。两种蔬菜的各生长指标对原油污染的敏感程度由高到低依次为根系长度>幼苗总鲜重>幼苗高度>种子发芽率。结论]随着土壤原油浓度的增大,蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长受到的抑制增强。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to evaluate the influence of oil pollution in soil on vegetable correctly.Method] Seven crude oil concentrations in soil of 0,100,500,1 000,5 000,15 000 and 30 000 mg/kg were set up to study the influence of crude oil pollution in soil on the seed germination and seedling growth of cucumber and radish.Result] The bigger the crude oil concentration in soil was,the smaller the relative germination rate of vegetable seeds was.There was better linear relationship between the crude oil concentration and the relative germination rate of seeds.The relative germination rates of cucumber and radish seeds in the treatment with 30 000 mg/kg crude oil were 80.36% and 52.31% resp.The sensitive degree to crude oil of radish was higher than that of cucumber.The relative inhibitory rate on the germination rate of seed,root length of seedling and total fresh weight of cucumber and radish increased along with the increment of crude oil concentration in soil.The sensitive degrees to crude oil pollution of various growth indices of the 2 vegetables in order were root length > total fresh weight of seedling > seedling height > germination rate of seeds.Conclusion] Along with the increment of crude oil concentration in soil,the inhibition on the seed germination and seedling growth of vegetable increased.
