干旱胁迫下4种楸树嫁接苗叶绿素含量的变化

摘    要:为了提高楸树嫁接苗的抗旱性,用盆栽自然干旱法对4种砧木嫁接的豫楸1号幼苗(砧1为金丝楸,砧2为灰楸,砧3为豫楸1号,砧4为梓树)进行干旱胁迫试验。在试验过程中,系统测定了叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素(a b)含量及叶绿素(a/b)比值的变化。结果表明:4种砧木嫁接的豫楸1号幼苗随干旱胁迫的加剧叶绿素a含量均出现逐渐降低的趋势,含量从高到低依次为砧1嫁接苗、砧3嫁接苗、砧4嫁接苗、砧2嫁接苗,其中砧1与砧2嫁接苗间叶绿素a含量差异显著;叶绿素b含量在干旱胁迫期间总的变化趋势为先增加后降低,但变化幅度均不大;叶绿素(a b)含量变化趋势与叶绿素a含量变化趋势相同,其中砧1与砧2嫁接苗叶绿素(a b)含量差异显著;叶绿素(a/b)比值的变化趋势与叶绿素b含量变化相反。以叶绿素a、叶绿素(a b)含量的变化趋势及叶绿素(a/b)比值为依据来确定不同砧木嫁接的豫楸1号幼苗抗旱能力从强到弱依次为砧1嫁接苗、砧3嫁接苗、砧4嫁接苗、砧2嫁接苗。

Abstract:In order to improve drought resistance,drought stress experiment was done,taken 4 kinds of grafting seedlings in Catalpa bungei cl.'Yu-1' as materials, which were grafted by C.bungei C.A.Mey.stocks(No.1),C.fargesii Bur.stocks(No.2),C.bungei cl.'Yu-1' stocks(No.3),and C.ovata Don.stocks(No.4).Changes of chlorophyll a contents,chlorophyll b contents,total chlorophyll contents and chlorophyll(a/b) ratio were determined systematically in drought stress condition.The results showed that chlorophyll a content in all seedlings was decreased gradually with drought stress strengthened.The order of chlorophyll a content was No.1 stock seedlings,No.3 stock seedlings,No.4 stock seedlings,No.2 stock seedlings in turn from high to low.There was significant difference between chlorophyll a contents in No.1 and No.2 stock seedlings.Chlorophyll b content was increased at first and then decreased in general,with drought stress strengthened,but it was not significant. Change of total chlorophyll content was consistent with that of chlorophyll a content,and there was significant difference between total chlorophyll content in No.1 and No.2 stock seedlings.Change of chlorophyll(a/b) ratio and chlorophyll b content were opposite.The order of drought resistance was No.1 stock seedlings,No.3 stock seedlings,No.4 stock seedlings,No.2 stock seedlings in turn from strong to weak,based on changes of chlorophyll a,total chlorophyll and chlorophyll(a/b).
