板栗内源激素与花性别分化

摘    要:板栗内源激素对其花性别分化起着重要的作用。生理分化期、冬前雏梢分化期和雌花分化期内源激素的测定表明:容易形成雌花的部位保持着较高的ZR、GA水平和较低的IAA、ABA水平以及较高的(ZR+GA)/(IAA+ABA)值,而不易形成雌花的部位则基本相反;内源激素的主成分分析表明:第一主成份为雌性发育的综合指标,第二主成份为雄性发育的综合指标。同时讨论了板栗花性别分化的内源激素模式。

Abstract:The chestnut's endogenous hormones play very important roles on its flowers'sex differentiation.The data of en-dogenous hormones during physiological differentiation stage, younger shoot differentiation stage and female nower differen-tiation stage indicates:the parts where female flowers can be easily formed keep higher level of ZR,GA,lower level of IAA,ABA and higher value of (ZR GA)/(IAA ABA),as for the paris where female flowers can be hardly formed, the situation isalmost on the contrary;The result of principal component analysis indicates:the first principal component stands for the in-dex of female development,and the second stands for the index of male development.
