| 摘 要： | 现代农业园区扩散期具有扩张性、渗透性和带动性的功能特征，园区功能向外拓展概括为空间扩散、产业扩散和市场扩散三种基本形式，孵化功能是构成园区扩散能力的核心要素，引入孵化运作能力的概念并采用层次分析法建立孵化运作能力综合评价指标体系和模糊综合评价模型，可以实现最终评判结果的量化。

| Abstract: | The spreading period of modern agricultural zones has the functional characteristics of expansion, permeability and drivingness.The development of the zonal function is generalized as the three basic forms of space expansion, industry expansion and market expansion.Incubative function is the key element of zone spreading ability.By setting the indexes of comprehensive evaluation and the mould of indistinct comprehensive evaluation with the concept of incubative operativity and level analysis,the final results or evaluation will be quantized. |
