猴头菌对木质纤维素的降解

摘    要:实验测定了4个猴头菌株在4种培养基质上生长时的营养规律。结果表明,猴头菌在废棉及棉籽壳基质上生长时子实体转化率较高,能够利用纤维素、半纤维素和木素为碳源。纤维素是猴头菌子实体阶段的主要碳源;猴头菌对不同纤维素含量的培养基质的利用率有显著不同;猴头菌生长期间能向基质中释放胞外 CMC 酶、FP 酶和 HC 酶,3种酶的活性高峰均出现在子实体生长阶段。

Abstract:Four isolated strains of Hyelnum erinaceus were cultured with 4 formula of media base d maily on waste cotton,smashed cotton stalk,cotton seed hull,and sawdust,respectively. The results showed that the yields of the fruit body were higher on waste cotton and cotton seed hull media than on others.The fungus could use cellulose,hemicellulose and lignin as its carbon sourse,with the main at fruit body stage being cellulose.The ratio of cellulose in different media utilized by the fungus was significantly different.The fungus could secrete CMC,FP and HC enzymes into the media.The activities of the three enzymes were all pe- aked at fruit body stage.
