沙棘茎的形态解剖特征与其生态适应性研究

摘    要:利用光学显微镜对沙棘的4个种类,不同立地条件的沙棘茎形态解剖结构进行显微观察研究,结果表明:生长在同一生境下的中国沙棘、俄罗斯沙棘的茎形态解剖结构差异很大,导管直径、木细胞面积、韧细胞面积以俄罗斯沙棘茎最大;髓部面积占茎截面积的百分比和导管密度则以中国沙棘最大,表现出中国沙棘适应干旱地区生态条件的结构特征。同一种类在立地条件不同的山地、滩地、人工林的中国沙棘茎组织结构各部分也有差异,人工林导管直径最大,滩地的导管直径次之,山地导管直径最小。导管密度则以果园人工沙棘林导管密度最小,立地条件不同所造成的差异是由于人工林、滩地及山地,土壤水分逐渐减少即逐渐趋于干旱,土壤肥力逐渐减弱即逐渐趋于贫瘠,中国沙棘形成了适应其严酷的立地条件变化的适应性特征,此项研究为沙棘的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。

Abstract:The tissue anatomy structure of seabuckthorn stem from 4 species and different soil condition were observed.It was showed that the stem structure of China seabuckthorn is obvious diferent with Russia seabuckthorn;the vascular diameter,xylem cell size and liber cell size of Russia seabuckthorn are bigger;China seahuckthnrn vascular diameter is smaller,vascular density is bigger,and the medulla percentage in the stem area is bigger.It was showed the tissue structure is adapted to the drought condition;In the same species,the tissue structure is a1so obviously deferent in different ecological condition.The vascular diameter of the tree is the biggest in the orchard and the smallest in the hill;The vascular density is the smallest in the orchard.The differences are caused by the decrease of the water content and fertilizer.Scientific basis for the further development of the seabuckthorn was provided in this research.
