| 摘 要： | 采用索氏提取法和纤维素酶辅助热浸提法提取马兰叶干粉中的黄酮,利用紫外分光光度法测定其提取液中黄酮含量分别为17.41、30.60mg/g,确定纤维素酶热浸提法适宜于提取马兰叶干粉中的黄酮,通过进一步的试验证实加标回收率为90.6%～93.6%,变异系数为0.05%～0.33%,结果较理想,精确度高。

| Abstract: | The flavonoids in dried Kalimeris indica leaves powder were extracted by the soxhlet extraction method and the hot water extraction method with the help of cellulose enzyme.
