四川大麦种质资源的特色及其利用研究

摘    要:通过对 712份 (编入中国大麦遗传资源目录的 595份 )栽培大麦和近缘野生大麦鉴定分析结果认为 :大麦多样性极为丰富 ,如芒形、稃和籽粒颜色 ,具有变异最为丰富 ,多样性最高的特点。从多样性分布区相比这些性状高于贵州、青藏高原、黄河流域和长江中下游地区。它还具有早熟、矮生、大穗、多粒、蛋白质、赖氨酸和其它氨基酸含量较高 ,“双高”材料不少 ,地方品种蛋白质含量高于育成品种和全国地方品种及国外品种 ;以及抗多种病害和耐各种不良环境因素的优良遗传性状 ,具有直立性、密穗、稀穗、裸粒、钩芒、早熟、抗病等可利用基因潜力巨大两特色。对这些遗传性状和基因资源开发利用 ,在分类、遗传、育种、农艺性状和经济性状鉴定等已取得显著成就 ,预示着美好的远景

Abstract:Through identiflcation and evalution of 712wild closed relatives and cultivated barley genetic resources in Sichuan Province of China,(among them,595 have been listed to The Barley Genetic Resources Catalogue of China),the results showed that the diversity of these resources was abundant,especially such as awn shape and spike colour;these resources are characterized evidently by plentiful variation and high diversity These characters,diversity in Sichuan barley genetic resource district was higher than the others(Guizhou Province,Tibet-Qinghai plateau,Huanghe River valley and the middle-lower reaches of Yangtze River)One of the characteristics was that these resources possessed with elite genetic properties,such as early-maturing,dwarf,big spike,multi-graind,high content of protein and lysine,resistance to multi-diseases and environmental stress The other was these resources exsited great potential utilizated genes with cohtrolled stalk erectness,compact spike,naked grains,hooked awn,early-maturing,resistance to multi-diseases,etc.Up till now,we have made signiflcant progress in utilization of these barley genetic resources on classification,genetics and breeding
