| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨不同植物激素对西南山茶幼叶愈伤组织诱导的影响。方法]以西南山茶幼叶为外植体，MS培养基为基本培养基，添加3种植物激素NAA、6-BA和2，4-D，浓度分别为0．5、1．0、2．0和4．0mg／L，研究在不同浓度植物激素配比条件下西南山茶幼叶愈伤组织诱导率及生长状态。结果]单因子诱导西南山茶幼叶愈伤组织形成时，适当浓度的NAA、6-BA和2，年D均能起到显著的诱导效应，以0．5mg/L浓度的2，4-D的效果最好，所形成的愈伤组织黄绿色，疏松，生长状态最好。利于培养，但随2，4-D浓度增高会导致愈伤组织的褐化现象严重。组合因子诱导时，以NAA 1．0mg/L＋6-BA 1．0mg/L的诱导率最高，2，4-D0．5mg／L＋6-BA1．0mg／L诱导愈伤组织的生长状态最好，利于培养。结论]该研究为将植物组织培养技术应用于攀西西南山茶的快速繁殖提供了科学依据。
