| 摘 要： | 为了了解唐山地区猪蓝耳病的带毒情况,采用RT-PCR方法对2006-2011年采自64个县级屠宰场276份商品猪的肺脏或肺门淋巴结进行猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)病原学检测,结果屠宰场阳性率为51.56%,样品总阳性率为20.29%,其中高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(HP-PRRSV)样品总阳性率为15.94%,经典猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒(C-PRRSV)样品总阳性率为4.35%。总之,猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒,尤其是高致病性猪繁殖与呼吸综合征病毒在唐山地区猪群中污染面积较大,应值得高度重视。 |

| Abstract: | To investigate the infection status of porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) of pigs from slaughterhouses in Tangshan area,276 samples of lung or lymphonodi pulmonales from 64 slaughterhouses were tested by RT-PCR.The results showed that the average PRRSV positive rate in slaughterhouses was 51.56%;the average positive rates was 20.29%,and the average positive rates of highly pathogenic porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(HP-PRRSV) and classical porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(C-PRRSV)was 15.94% and 4.35% from 2006 through 2011,respectively.In summary,the latent infection of PRRSV,especially the HP-PRRSV was wide spread in pigs,which deserves more attention. |
