油气分离式单气室悬架刚度与阻尼性能研究

摘    要:在分析油气分离式单气室悬架工作原理和结构的基础上,建立了油气悬架的非线性数学模型。对油气悬架的系统性能作了仿真分析,并通过油气悬架的性能试验验证了模型的正确性。本文还研究了油气悬架的刚度特性和阻尼特性,以及主要结构参数对油气悬架刚度特性和阻尼特性的影响,研究表明油气悬架兼有非线性刚度特性和非线性阻尼特性。

Abstract:A complex nonlinear mathematic model of hydro-pneumatic suspension (HPS) was set up on the basis of comprehensive analysis of its working principle and structure in order to analyze the performance of HPS. Comparing results between the simulation results and the test data showed that the mathematic model is authentic. Moreover, the rigid property and damping capacity of HPS, as well as the effect of the main structural parameter were studied. The study results showed the HPS has a nonlinear rigid and a nonlinear damp performance.
