北柴胡幼根、子叶和下胚轴组织培养研究

摘    要:研究了北柴胡幼根、子叶和下胚轴愈伤组织诱导、分化的条件。结果表明,MS+2,4-D1.0 mg/L+KT0.1 mg/L的培养基最适合于幼根、下胚轴和子叶愈伤组织的诱导,其中,幼根和下胚轴愈伤组织诱导率高于子叶;在B5+6-BA 1.5 mg/L+NAA 0.03 mg/L+CH 250 mg/L的培养基中,下胚轴和子叶愈伤组织的分化率最高;北柴胡试管苗生根培养基为1/2 MS+NAA0.5 mg/L。

Abstract:In this paper,the conditions for induction and differentiation of callus in young root,cotyledon and hypotocyl of Bupleurum chinese were studied.The results demonstrated that MS medium added 2,4-D 1.0 mg/L,KT 0.1mg/L were the most suitable for callus induction of young root,cotyledon and hypotocyl,especially for cotyledon and hypotocyl,while the B5 media with 6-BA 1.5 mg/L,NAA 0.03 mg/L and CH 250 mg/L were the most effective in callus differentiation.1/2 MS medium added NAA 0.5 mg/L was right for rooting.
