摘    要:为了解12a-羟基龟藤酮EC对十字花科蔬菜害虫小菜蛾幼虫、桃蚜、菜青虫和黄曲条跳甲成虫的防治效果,进行了田间药效试验.结果表明,该药剂对上述4种害虫均有较好的防效.在药后3 d时,对黄曲条跳甲成虫、桃蚜、菜青虫和小菜蛾的防效分别是93.6%、98.3%、84.3%和87.6%.10%12a-羟基鱼藤酮EC防治此类害虫时不仅防效高而且作用速度和持效性均优于对照药剂52.5%农地乐EC;另外,该药剂在田间高剂量使用时,没有药害,对农作物安全.因此,该药剂可推荐用于防治小菜蛾等十字花科蔬菜害虫.

Abstract:The control effect of 12a-hydroxy-rotenone emulsifiable concentrate (EC) against four pests of cruciferous vegetable (larva of Plutella xylostella, Myzus persicae,Pieris rapae and adult of Phyllotreta striolata) was studied through field experiment.The results showed that 12a-hydroxy-rotenone EC had a great control effect against these four pests showed above.At the third day after treatment,the control efficiency against adult of Phyllotreta striolata,Myzus persicae,Pieris rapae and larva of Plutella xylostella was 93.6%,98.3%,84.3% and 87.6%,respectively.To control these four pests,10% 12a-hydroxy-rotenone EC not only had high control efficiency,but also had faster and longer control effect than that of control (52.5% Nurelle EC).There was no phytotoxicity when applying hish dosage of 12a-hydroxy-rotenone EC,so it is safety to use in the crops.Therefore,12a-hydroxy-rotenone EC is recommended to control the pests of cruciferous vegetable.
