摘    要:为了探讨黑果枸杞中缩合单宁的测定,采用方差分析方法研究了干燥方法、粉碎度以及提取溶剂对黑果枸杞枝叶中缩合单宁提取量的影响。结果表明各因素中主效与互作同时存在,尤其是干燥方法与提取液之间、提取液与粉碎度之间的搭配会影响最终的缩合单宁提取量。冷冻干燥、粉碎后过80~100目筛以及用甲醇酸水溶液提取能够获得最大的提取量。

Abstract:Factors including dry method, comminution and extracting effect on the extraction amount of condensed tannin in the leaf of Lycium ruthenicum Murr were studied. To get the detail relationship among these parameters, different level of those factors was set when measuring the condensed tannin, and the results were analyzed by statistical methods. The results show that both the main effect of a single factor and the mutual action of the factors existed, especially the action between the dry method and the extract, and the action between the commimution and the extract. Freezing dry was better than air dry, medium size particle was better than the large and small particles and the acidic methyl alcohol solution was better than that without acid. Of all the treatments, the combination of freezing dry, 80~100 mesh sieve and 1% HCl in 70% methyl alcohol could yield the largest amount of condensed tannin from the leaf of Lycium ruthenicum Murr.
