摘    要:本文探讨了100万N.b/(mm)~3感染五龄起蚕对家蚕过氧化氢代谢的影响,结果表明:①N.b感染后H_2O_2:水平后期显著增加,SOD活性差异不显著,CAT活性显著升高;②硒处理组添食N.b后H_2O_2水平与单纯添食N.b相似,SOD活性在第5、第7天显著升高,CAT活性第2、4、5天显著增加;③磁处理组添食N.b后与单纯添食N.b相比,H_2O_2含量初期显著升高,但从第5天开始显著降低而与对照接近,SOD活性初期显著降低,中后期与单纯N.b处理接近,CAT活性第6、7、9三天显著下降.N.b感染对家蚕H_2O_22代谢的最显著影响是CAT活性上升.

Abstract:Fifth instar silkworms (Bombyx mori) were fed with mulberry leaves supplemented withNosema bombycis (N. b) at 106 N. b/ (mm)3 with or without sodium selenite (10 ppm )or mag-net (200 Gs)pretreatment. Treatment with N. b alone resulted in a significant increase inH2O2 content in the silkworm body in the later stage (starting from the 6th day after thetreatment) and a marked increase in CAT activity while SOD activity was not different fromthat of the control. Compared with Sb treatment, in Se+N. b treatment H2O2 level appearedto be similar,a marked rise occurred in SOD activity on the 5th and 7th day after the treat-ment,and CAT activity significantly increased on the 2nd, 4th and 5th day. Magnet + N. btreatment caused a steady rise in H2O2 in the early stage up to the 5th day, whereafter itdropped to a level similar to that in the control,SOD activity showed a substantial drop in theearly stage and was similar to that in N. b treatment and marked drop in CAT activity oc-curred on the 6th, 7th and 9th day. Increase in CAT activity represented the most significanteffect of N. b infection on H2O2 metabolism in silkworm.
