安格斯牛体尺性状微卫星DNA标记的研究

摘    要:在BoVMap的Internet数据库选用4个微卫星DNA标记,初步研究了安格斯牛不同位点基因与体尺性状之间的相关关系。结果表明:这4个微卫星标记在安格斯牛中的等位基因数分别为10,8,10和8,这些等位基因分别与不同体尺性状间构成紧密相关;其多态信息含量值(PIC)分别为0.8398,0.8418,0.8649,0.7358,是高度多态座位。

Abstract:This study selected 4 microsatellite DNA markers in Internet databank of Bovmap for the relationships between different gene loci and traits of body sizes in Augus. The result shown that the alleles of these four microsatellite markers are 10, 8, 10 and 8, these alleles are related to different traits of body size respectively. Their PIC are 0.839 8, 0.841 8, 0.864 9 and 0.735 8, so they were all highly multiple multiple locus. They could be used as A scientific reference to exploit and application the resource of the of this breed.
