| 摘 要： | 利用RS与G IS技术获取了2004年武汉市水土流失状况,利用环境经济学原理选择了由土壤侵蚀造成的土地废弃、泥沙滞留、泥沙淤积、水分损失及养分损失5种实物型损失作为衡量土壤侵蚀经济损失的指标,采用替代花费法、影子工程法和机会成本法,从侵蚀区域内损失与侵蚀区域外损失2个方面估算出武汉市土壤侵蚀经济损失的货币化结果:2004年武汉市土壤侵蚀总经济损失为11 913.15万元,其中养分损失为2 984.85万元、水分损失为752.65万元、泥沙损失为7 169.42万元、废弃地损失为1 006.23万元。本研究中的土壤侵蚀价值损失值只能代表武汉市土壤侵蚀的最低估算值,准确的估算还有待于今后深入研究。

| Abstract: | It obtains the status of soil and water loss of Wuhan in 2004 by using RS and GIS techniques,selects 5 material objects of abandoned land,sediment retention,sediment accumulation,moisture loss and nutrient loss caused by soil erosion as indexes for weighing up the economic loss of soil erosion by using the principle of environmental economics and estimates the outcomes in currency of economic loss of soil erosion of Wuhan from two aspects of inside and outside erosion areas by using the methods of superseded expenditure,shadow engineering works and opportunity cost.The total economic loss of soil erosion of Wuhan in 2004 is 119.131 5 million Yuan,of which,nutrient loss 29.848 5 million Yuan,moisture loss 7.526 5 million Yuan,sediment loss 71.694 2 million Yuan and abandoned land loss 10.062 3 million Yuan.The studied value loss of soil erosion only represents the minimum estimated value of Wuhan soil erosion and the accurate estimation awaits further study. |
