| 摘 要： | 研究结果表明，日粮双低菜籽饼比例为１０％、１５％时，与全豆饼日粮比较，雏鸡生长发育、饲料增重比差异不显著。甲状腺无明显肿大，血清Ｔ３、Ｔ４、ＴＳＨ、ＴＧ、Ｔｍ未见异常。

| Abstract: | The nutrition value of the double low rapeseed meal (DL-RM) in the chicken''s diet was determined by measuring effects on growth,thyroid and liver of the chicken. When the chicken was fed with 10%,15% DL-RM in the diet,the results showed that the growth (body gain),thyroid of chicken and T3,T4,TSH,TG,TM,in the serum,and activity of GOT,GPT,AKP, CHE in plama were not significantly different from the control group which was fed with soybean diet(P>0.05).At the same time,no blood spot and fatty liver were found in the liver. When the DL-RM was increased up to 20% in the diet,the chicken''s growth was inhibitory,the thyriod became large,and TG in serum was abnormal. Based on the results,15% DL-RM in the chicken''s diet was safe and feasible. |
