摘    要:选用桃蚜和棉蚜与烟草蚀纹病毒(TEV)、西瓜花叶病毒2号(WMMV-2)、黄瓜花叶病毒蚜传株系(T-CMV)及非蚜传株系(NT-CMV)组合进行传毒试验。

Abstract:Transmission of tobacco etch virus (TEV).watermelon mosaic virus 2 (WM-MV-2)and cucumber mosaic virus T (T-CMV)by Myzus persicae and Aphis gossypii has been investigated. The results indicated that M. persicae and A. gossypii can acquire TEV, WMMV-2 and a aphid-borne strain T of CMV (T-CMV) within 0.5 min. Transmissible rate of viruses was increased while acquisition time of aphids was prolonged from 0.5 to 5 min. Starved A. gossypii penetrated early and had a high acquisition efficiency to WMMV-2.As to ability to acquire TEV and WMMV-2, M. persicue is stronger than A. gossypii. A. gossypii suited to CucurGita pepo rather than tobacco in acquisition and transmission of viruses. Virus particles were reassembled with the coat proteins (CP) (fron T-CMV,NT-CM V)and the RNAs (from T-CMV,NT-CMV and TMV)in vitro. The results of aphid transmission showed that M. persicae can normally transmit particles reassembled from CP of T-CMV and RNAs of NT-CMV or TMV,but not the particles reconstructed with CP of NT-CMV and RNAs of T-CMV or TMV. These phenomena suggested that the aphid transmission of CMV be determined by its CP properties mainly.
