摘    要:评定锯链的切削性能包括切削阻力、锯切功率、锯切效率以及锯链运转的平稳性等指标。这些指标的测定依赖于可靠的锯链切削性能试验装置。本文在现有LQ—11型锯链切削试验台的基础上,分析总结经验.结合计算机技术、测试技术,设计出性能更加完善的LQ-18型锯链切削性能试验台。该试验台采用了进给速度及链轮轴无级调速的运动形式,能够同时测量三向切削力、驱动链轮轴转矩、转速及进给速度,并且由计算机组成的测试系统直接测量、显示计算测试数据,生成测试报告,提高测量精度及测试效率。该专用锯切试验台结构先进,测试范围宽,测定精度高,重复性好。

Abstract:Evaluation of the saw- chain cutting performance includes cutting resistance, sawing power, sawing efficiency and smooth operation of saw - chain, etc. Determination of these indicators depends on a reliable saw - chain cut- ting performance test device. Based on the LQ - 11 type saw - chain cutting performance test - bed, the designing experience was concluded and then the superior LQ - 18 type saw - chain cutting performance test - bed was designed with the help of modern computer and measurement technology. With the feed rate and stepless speed regulation of sprocket shaft rotating speed, the cutting forces in three directions, the driving torque, the rotating speed of the driving sprocket shaft and the feed rate were simultaneously measured directly, which was measured directly by the computer system. The testing bed can calculate and show the testing data as well as generate test report automatically with high accuracy and efficiency. This special saw-chain cutting test-bed was with the advantages of advanced structure, wide measurement range, high accuracy and excellent repetitiveness.
