摘    要:从三个方面综述了当前马铃薯抗“低温糖化”种质资源的研究和利用情况:一、引种和种质资源评定是加工品种选育的首要工作。二、杂交育种是获得抗“低温糖化”炸片加工型品种的主要方法。三、通过基因工程丰富马铃薯抗“低温糖化”的基因资源。

Abstract:The potato is the fourth crop in the world and its processing products such as fries and chips are popular all over the world. The germplasm enhancement is very helpful to potato breeding and get new varieties to resist low temperature sweetening. Three ways of processing varieties selection were described in this paper including introduction and evaluation of germplasm, cross breeding and genetic engineering.
