板蓝根泡腾片固体饮料的研制

摘    要:目的]开发一种板蓝根保健饮料。方法]以板蓝根、乳糖为主要原料,采用正交试验法优选辅料配比,优选制备板蓝根泡腾片固体饮料的生产工艺。结果]板蓝根泡腾片固体饮料的最佳配方为:板蓝根提取药粉25%,维生素C 4%,乳糖20%,柠檬酸28%,碳酸氢钠12%,交联聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮3%,聚乙二醇6000 2%。结论]该制备工艺简单可行,质量稳定,符合药典标准。
