| 摘 要： | 根据我国从20世纪80年代中期开始倡导的培养创新型人才的目标，针对福建农林大学教育教学的实际，提出优化学科专业结构、改革人才培养模式、加大现代高新技术改造提升传统农科专业的力度、以科研促教学、构建实践教学新体系、建立创新型人才培养的教学管理运行机制和科学的教学质量保障机制等措施，对构建农科本科创新型人才培养体系进行了探索和实践。

| Abstract: | According to the goal to bring up innovation-type talents which began to be advocated in China in the middle of 1980s, and in view of the practical conditions of education and teaching at Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University, it is proposed to optimize the structure of disciplines, well-handle the reform of the mode to train talents, transform the hi-tech, improve the traditional agricultural disciplines, promote the teaching by scientific research for set-up of a new system of practice teaching, establish the mechanisms for operation of teaching management and scientific guarantee of teaching quality to bring up innovation-type talents. Exploration and pratice are conducted to build a system to bring up innovation-type agricultural undergraduate talents. |
