摘    要:采用酸碱法及加热法初步研究了提取樟树叶蛋白的工艺。结果表明:樟树叶蛋白的最佳提取工艺条件:常温下浸提剂的pH为5,料液比为1∶15,打浆时间4 min,浸提时间4 min。叶蛋白的分离条件:温度为90℃时,沉淀分离出叶绿体蛋白质,调节pH为3时分离出细胞质蛋白质Ⅰ,调节pH为11时分离出细胞质蛋白质Ⅱ。在此工艺条件下四季叶蛋白得率分别为6.22%、5.25%、15.05%和5.34%。

Abstract:The optimum technique of extracting leaf protein concentrate(LPC) from the fresh leaves of camphor trees were studied with the methods of acid,alkali and heating.The results showed that under the normal temperature high yield of LPC could obtained by water(pH 5),solid-liquid ratio of 1∶15(g/mL),crushing leaves for 4 min and soaking for 4 min.The most optimum precipitating conditions were the temperature of 90℃ for the chloroplastic proteins,the pH 3 for cytoplasmic proteinsⅠ and the pH 11 for the cytoplasmic proteins Ⅱ.By this technique about 6.22,5.25,15.05,5.34 g LPC could been extracted from 100 g fresh leaves of the four seasons.
