摘    要:以盆栽大果沙枣和尖果沙枣实生苗为试材,采用不同浓度NaCl处理进行盐胁迫,研究盐胁迫对2种沙枣实生苗叶片中抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:尖果沙枣对低浓度的NaCl胁迫不敏感,NaCl浓度升高,体内保护酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。大果沙枣对NaCl胁迫反应敏感,低浓度即启动体内调节机制适应盐胁迫。NaCl浓度升高,体内保护酶活性呈现先升高后降低的趋势。由此表明,2种沙枣都有一定的耐盐性。尖果沙枣的耐盐性强于大果沙枣。
