| 摘 要： | 采用蒽酮法测定了河北中部地区和东北部地区巨峰葡萄1 a生枝基部各节间的营养成分,结合葡萄越冬表现,对枝条营养水平与植株抗寒性进行了分析。结果表明:河北东北部昌黎地区的1 a生巨峰葡萄枝条基部1～6节中糖含量、淀粉含量较高、节间较粗,而节间长度没有显著差异。在不采取冬季埋土防寒条件下,昌黎葡萄园受冻株率显著低于定州葡萄园,表明葡萄1 a生枝基部节间贮藏养分多少与植株抗寒性密切相关。同一枝条基部1～6节的节间粗度逐渐减小,节间长度逐渐增大,但贮藏养分状况基本相同。
