| 摘 要： | 以西瓜杂交后代的F3代系选材料为试材,研究西瓜1对质量性状的纯合技术。结果表明:按照1对质量性状的分离规律确定系内种植单瓜份数和每份单瓜的群体大小,在当代鉴定筛选出质量性状的纯合系;改变传统的"边优选边纯合"西瓜自交系选育理念为"边纯合边优选"新的自交系选育理念,可减少选育世代,加速自交系选育进程。
