| 摘 要： | 采用土壤干旱胁迫方法,测定了不同品种金银花水分利用效率、质膜相对透性等指标,分析了不同金银花对具体指标的抗旱性反应,以期为南方喀斯特地区植被恢复筛选耐旱植物提供科学的理论依据。结果表明:干旱胁迫下各金银花的水分利用效率变化趋势不同,遵义金银花水分利用效率下降,北部金银花呈先升后降趋势,麻江金银花、花溪2金银花和花溪1金银花呈先降后升趋势,各金银花的质膜相对透性和膜受伤的程度均有不同程度的增加,但增加幅度不同。由此得出:不同品种金银花形成了各自的水分利用特点,麻江金银花节水能力相对最强,遵义金银花和北部金银花节水能力较弱,河南金银花细胞耐干性和抵御膜伤害的能力最强,花溪1金银花和山东金银花相对较强,遵义金银花、麻江金银花和花溪2金银花相对较弱,同种金银花在水分利用效率和质膜透性这2个指标的耐旱性反应不同。
