黄瓜叶片脉序发育的数量特性研究

摘    要:对黄瓜不同节位叶片的叶脉进行观察,并对叶片脉序的分化进行定量分析。结果表明:黄瓜主脉与二级脉结成网状掌状脉,二级脉与主脉夹角50°~80°,二级脉与三级脉夹角80°~100°,叶缘末级脉为不完全型,边缘末级脉形成极细的边脉;黄瓜各类型微脉岛面积及微脉岛内细胞个数不随节位变化而变化;各类型微脉岛面积大小变化与叶面积大小变化趋势一致,且各类型微脉岛内细胞数之间存在线性关系。

Abstract:This experiment was based on the observation of the venation at different nodes of cucumber leaves.The quantitative analysis of leaf venation’s differentiation was made.The results showed that cucumber’s main venation and secondary venation form the reticulate venation palmate,secondary venation and the main venation shape pulse angle 50°~80°,secondary venation and tertiary venation shape pulse angle 80°~100°,the last venation at the edge of leaf was incomplete,the last venation at the edge of leaf form very thin venation,the size of various types and the number of cells of cucumber’s micro-venation zone do not change with the change of nodes,the size of various types of micro-venation changes with the change of the size of leaves,and there was a linear relationship between cell number within various types of micro-venation.
