粘细菌纤维堆囊菌产木聚糖酶条件优化分析

摘    要:纤维堆囊菌是粘细菌中能降解纤维素半纤维素的唯一属。半纤维素是植物细胞壁的主要成分之一,它主要由木聚糖组成。木聚糖酶能由许多微生物所产生,本文以纯化菌株纤维堆囊菌So9733-1为材料,对其产木聚糖酶的培养条件进行了优化,得出的适宜培养条件组合是:以滤纸粉为碳源,以(NH4)2SO4为氮源,pH值为7 0,温度为30℃。

Analysis of optimal conditions for producing xylanase from Sorangium cellulosum ( myxobacteria )
Abstract:Sorangium cellulosum is the only one myxobacterial species that can degrade cellulose and hemicellulose Hemicellulose is one of the main component of plant cell wall, which is mainly made of xylanMany microorganisms can produce xylanase This study using So 9733-1 as material optimized culture conditions for producing xylanase The optimal conditions for producing xylanase from So 9733-1 are as follows: filter paper powder as C source,(NH4)2SO4 as N source, pH70, temperature at 30℃
