红千层扦插育苗技术研究

摘    要:通过双因素试验设计研究3种不同生根促进剂(A)和4种不同生根促进剂浓度对红千层扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异;研究了不同扦插基质对红千层扦插生根率、生根数的影响差异。结果表明:ABT-1#(A2)+生根促进剂质量分数为6.0×10-4(B3)生根率高、生根数多,生根率高达93.3%;不同基质扦插中以:ABT-1#(A2)+生根促进剂质量分数6.0×10-4(B3)+70%红心土和30%珍珠岩混合基质最佳。

Abstract:Through the double factor experiment design,the effects of 3 kinds of different rooting accelerators(A) and 4 kinds of concentrations of different rooting accelerators on rooting rate and rooting numbes of Callistemon rigidus were studied.The effects of different cutting substances on rooting rate and rooting numbers are many by the treatment of ABT-1#(A2)+ rooting accelerator mass 6.0×10-4(B3);ABT-1#(A2)+ rooting accelerator mass 6.0×10-4(B3)+70% red subsoil and 30% pearlite mix matrix is the best among different matrix cuttages.
