微胚乳超高油玉米主要性状的通径分析

摘    要:按Griffing双列杂交方法Ⅳ,用6个微胚乳超高油玉米自交系配制了15个组合,对亲本及其杂交组合主要性状的特征特性和通径系数进行了分析。结果表明:大多数性状存在超亲优势;各性状对单穗粒重的直接贡献大小依次为穗粗>穗长>叶片数>百粒重>穗行数>株高,其中穗粗对单穗粒重起主要作用;各性状对成熟期子粒含油率的直接贡献大小依次为胚重比>成熟期蛋白质>乳熟期可溶性糖>单穗粒重>百粒重>胚油比,其中胚重比对成熟期子粒含油率起主要作用。

Abstract:By the method of Griffing IV,with six inbred lines of micro-endosperm super-high oil maize,fifteen combinations were made to study the characteristics and path coefficient of main characters.Main results were that over-parent heterosis was found on most of characters.The contributions of six characters to kernel weight per ear were ear diameter > ear length > number of leaves > 100-kernel weight > kernel row > plant height.The ear diameter was dominant in affecting kernel weight per ear.The contributions of six characters to kernel percent oil during maturing period were embryo weight ratio>kernel protein content during maturing period > kernel soluble sugar during milking period > kernel weight per ear > 100-kernel weight > embryo oil ratio.The embryo weight ratio was dominant in affecting kernel percent oil during maturing period.
