酸性离子水的消毒效果

摘    要:用酸性离子水对餐具、手指和操作空气进行了消毒试验。结果表明,酸性离子水的消毒效果良好,杀灭率均为90%以上,接近或达到了酒精(体积分数75%)的消毒效果,且酸性离子水制作生成简单,故具有良好的发展前景。

Abstract:The sterilization experiments by the acid electrolyzed functional water have been conducted on the tableware, hands and the kitchen space. Good results were realized with sterilization rate of more than 90 % , which is nearly the same effect as the sterilization of alcohol(volumetric alcohol content is 75 % ). It is very simple to produce such electrolyzed functional water, which shows a bright developing future.
