摘    要:针对农业机械评标决策环境复杂、难以建立通用的评价标准以及传统评标方法的不足等问题,提出一种基于实例推理的农业机械标书评价方法。重点研究了农业机械实例知识的表示和检索技术,通过对评标实例知识的表示来构造农业机械实例评标模型。采用基于相似度的实例检索算法,并通过实例的检索获得符合用户需求的最佳匹配实例,从而建立了有效的农业机械采购评标机制。

Abstract:This paper put forward an approach based on CBR method to collaborative bid evaluation of agricultural machinery, aiming at the complexity of bid evaluation decision-making and having no usual quantitative evaluating criterion, along with the shortage of traditional methods. We focused on two aspects of case representation and retrieving in case-based reasoning systems. A method was proposed, which can construct case representation by organizing the agricultural machinery knowledge, and adopted the similarity-based retrieving in case retrieve algorithm. An effective bid evaluation system of agricultural equipment was established.
