杧果乙烯抑制剂的筛选及其采后保鲜效果研究

摘    要:比较研究不同浓度乙烯抑制剂AOA(aminooxyacetic acid)、AIB(α-amino-isobutyric acid)、AVG (Aminoethoxyvinyl glycine hydrochloride)、ATA(3-amino-1,2,4-triazole)、1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropene)、精胺、亚精胺对采后杧果(Mangifera indica L.)乙烯释放的抑制效果,以期筛出最佳乙烯抑制剂并探究其对杧果的贮藏保鲜效果。结果表明:不同浓度乙烯抑制剂处理杧果,均可降低杧果果实乙烯释放量,其中1 mmol/L精胺、10 mmol/L亚精胺和50 mmol/L ATA可有效延缓硬度、可滴定酸(Titratable acid, TA)下降,维持较高VC(Vitamin C)和TSS(Total soluble solids)含量。综合分析,精胺、亚精胺、ATA处理可有效延缓采后杧果果实软化,为采后杧果贮藏保鲜提供技术支持。

Abstract:Mango fruits known for their aboudant nutrition, are the king of tropical fruits, which are very difficult to store, owing to quickly softening, rotting accompanied with vigorous respiration and the coming of the ethylene climacteric peak So far, the bottleneck of difficult storage and transportation haven't been well resolved which caused a loss rate as high as 20%~30% in China every year. As we all know that mango fruits are very sensitive to ethylene, and the coming of climacteric peak can be accelerated by even trace amout of ethylene, therefore, it is very important to find a safe and efficient preservation means for postharvest mango fruits. Here we use AOA (aminooxyacetic acid), AVG(Aminoethoxyvinyl glycine hydrochloride), AIB(α-amino-isobutyric acid), ATA(3-amino-1,2,4-triazole), spermidine, spermine and 1-MCP(1-methylcyclopropene)with different concentrations to treat mango fruits, which aimed to find an better ethylene inhibitor and furtherly investigate its effect on the preservation of mango fruits during storage. The results show that: ethylene inhibitors could reduce the ethylene production to different extent in the experiment,and the ethylene inhibitors with suitable concentration are chosen and we found that 1 mmol/L spermine, 10 mmol/L spermidine, 10 mmol/L ATA, 0.5 μL/L 1-MCP, 8 mmol/L AOA, 2 mmol/L AIB, 0.3 mmol/L AVG could reduce the ethylene production to the lowest amount,and further comparison are made to choose the best three ethylene inhibitors which are 1 mmol/L spermine, 10 mmol/L spermidine, 50 mmol/L ATA. 1 mmol/L spermine、10 mmol/L spermidine、50 mmol/L ATA as efficient ethylene inhibitors could reduce the ethylene production during storage and preserve good quality of postharvest mango fruits.
