恒温沼气反应器的单片机控制

摘    要:在生物发酵过程中,温度的稳定性直接影响产气的效率.系统以AT89C52单片机系统为控制核心,采用单线智能温度传感器DS18B20及分辨率高、噪声低的A/D转换器对反应器进行温度采集.采集后的信号送到单片机中,与给定值进行比较,其偏差由PID程序计算出输出控制量.经处理后,其控制量被传送到显示器及执行机构,完成温度的自动调节,并进行报警.该系统具有高可靠性和高测控精度的特点.

Abstract:Constant temperature is a very important fact in biogas digester, it will effect on the quality of biogas. The system use a microcontroller AT89C52 to control temperature with good linearity, high intelligence temperature sensor DS18B20 and high resolution, low noise AID transfer to sample, the collected signal, which is sent to the single-chip microcomputer, is compared to the given value, the difference is used to figure out the output control quantum by the PID computer. Then the result will be sent to the display and executing part, in order to realize the functions such as the self-regulation of the temperature, give an alarm and so on. The system is characterized with high reliability and high accuracy in measurement and control.
