摘    要:采用L9(34)正交试验法,对影响杂细胞沼气发酵的基质浓度、发酵温度、添加剂三因素进行批量发酵.结果表明,基质浓度对发酵效果影响最大,其次是添加剂.发酵温度对发酵周期影响最大.以产气量和TS去除率为指标,优选出最佳发酵条件是基质浓度6%,中温(35℃)发酵,以碳铵为添加剂.以此为条件,进行60d的续料发酵,结果为,TS去除率达68.64%,原料产气率299.9mL*gTS-1,容积产气率0.3224L*L-1d-1,CH4含量64%,符合沼气发酵供能的要求.

Biogas Fermentation of Parenchyma Cell from Nonwood Plant Fiber

Abstract:The study was conducted on the mutual relationships of th e factors as substrate concentration, additive and temperature by means of the L~{*-~}9(3~{*,~}4)ort horh ombic experiment. The result showed that the substrate concentration ef fect on the fermentation was especially marked, then the additive. The temperatu re affected the fermentation time greatly. The proper conditions optimized for b iogas fermentation of parenchyma cell were: 6% substrate concentration, fermenta tion at 35~{!f~} and ammonium bicarbonate as the additive as well. A batch anaerobic digestion was used to treat Parenchyma Cell of bamboo. The result showed : TS r emoval 68.64%, the gas production rate of raw material 299.9 mL~{!$~}gTS~{*,*)~}-1~{**~}, th e rate of gas production 0.3224 L~{!$~}L~{*,*)~}-1~{**~}d~{*,*)~}-1~{**~}. After 60 days' operation, the co ntent of CH~{*-~}4 in the biogas was 64%.
