| 摘 要： | ＂大学生村官＂政策是党中央的重大战略决策,是社会主义新农村建设与创新型国家建设的新举措.＂大学生村官＂适应了新农村建设对人才的需求,为解决农村的人才短缺开辟了新渠道.立足于我国社会主义新农村的实际,分析了大学生村官服务基层的内外部阻碍因素,从大学生自身、村委与村民、政府和管理层等方面提出了相应的对策,促使大学生村官在新农村建设中发挥更大的作用.

| Abstract: | The college-graduate village official is the important strategic decision of the Party Central Committee,and the new measures in the new socialist countryside construction and innovation-type national construction,which adapts to the talent demand of new countryside construction,and opens up the new channel of solving the rural talent shortage.The internal and external factors hindering college-graduate village official serving grass roots are analyzed.The countermeasures are put forward from the aspects of college students,village committee and villagers,government and management layer to fully play the more important role of college-graduate village official in new countryside construction. |
