同腹异育银鲫对鱼类3种致病弧菌粗脂多糖的免疫应答

摘    要:用从鳗弧菌(Vibrio anguillarun),哈维氏弧菌(Vibrio harveyi)和副溶血弧菌(Vibrio parahaemolyticus)等3种弧菌中提取的菌体粗脂多糖(LPS)作为免疫原,分别经胸鳍基部接种同腹异育银鲫(Carassius auratus gibelio)后,通过测定受免鱼的凝集抗体效价,明和血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性和杀菌活性,检测3种弧菌的粗LPS对异有银鲫免疫应答的试验结果。结果表明,3种弧菌的粗LPS对异育银鲫均具有较强的免疫原性,受免鱼的血清中出现对3种弧菌的福尔马林灭活菌体(FKC)的交叉凝集抗体;与对照鱼相比,受免鱼头肾和血液中吞噬细胞的吞噬活性和杀菌活性明显上升,证明在3种弧菌的粗LPS上存在共同保护性抗原,而且这些共同保护性抗原对异育银鲫具有较强的免疫原性。

Abstract:The offsprings of silver crucian carp ( Caressius auratus gibelio ) were immunized with crude lipopolysaccharide(LPS) extracted from Vibrio harveyi , V. parahaemolyticus and V. anguillarum . The immune response of offsprings of silver crucian carp were compared with examing the agglutinating antibody titers, cross agglutinating antibody titers of serum, the phagocytic activity and bactericidal activity of phagocytes in the blood and head kidney. The results showed that the agglutinating antibody titers and cross agglutinating antibody titers of immunized offsprings of silver crucian carp were higher than the control group, and the phagocytic activity and bactericidal activity of phagocytes in the blood and head kidney of offsprings of silver crucian carp was significantly boosted and had a high level of immune response. The crude LPS of three pathogenic bacteria were thought to have a common protective antigens to cause a cross immune response to silver crucian carp.
