根系分泌物影响黄瓜枯萎病抗性的机理研究

摘    要:以黄瓜品种津研4号(感枯萎病)、津春4号(抗枯萎病)和云南黑籽南瓜为试验对象,探讨根系分泌物影响黄瓜枯萎病发生的生理机制。结果表明:经感病品种根系分泌物处理的植株根系活跃吸收面积低于其他处理,而伤害度高于其他处理。未经根系分泌物处理的对照植株接菌后10 d内根系可溶性糖含量明显高于根系分泌物处理植株。接菌后,以抗病品种根系分泌物处理的过氧化物酶和多酚氧化酶活性上升较明显。对照植株的苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性于接菌后48~60h出现一较明显的活性峰。对照植株、经抗病品种根系分泌物处理的植株超氧化物歧化酶活性于接菌后12 h出现一小的活性峰,比感病品种根系分泌物处理早12 h。试验结果与不同处理枯萎病发生轻重存在相关性,说明不同抗性品种的根系分泌物是影响黄瓜抗病性的原因之一。

Abstract:With the root exudates of two cucumber varieties Jinyan 4(susceptible variety) and Jinchun 4(resistant variety) and of black seed squash variety as test materials,this paper studied physiological mechanisms of root exudates affecting occurrence of Fusarium wilt of cucumber Jinyan 4.The results showed that the active absorbing areas treated with exudates from sensitive varieties were lower than that of other treatments but the severity of damage of plants treated with exudates from sensitive varieties was higher than other treatments.The soluble sugar contents of root treated with different root exudates were lower than that of CK 10 d after inoculation.Activities of POD and PPO increased very clearly in the plants treated with exudates from resistant varieties after inoculation.Activities of PAL of CK peaked at 48 to 60 h after inoculation.Activities of SOD of CK and plants treated with exudates from resistant varieties showed a small peak at 12 h after inoculation,while similar peak came up in the plants treated with exudates from sensitive varieties at 12 h after inoculation.The results suggested that root exudates from different resistant cucumber varieties be one of causes in resistance to Fusarium wilt of cucumber.
