摘    要:根据植物秸秆纤维聚苯乙烯缓冲材料静态压缩实验数据,研究了材料的缓冲性能,并考虑植物秸秆纤维的影响,对Sherwood Frost本构关系框架进行了扩充,建立了非线性本构关系模型,并利用实验数据成功识别模型参数。此种描述植物纤维类材料非线性力学行为的方法,为进一步研究和开发植物纤维聚苯乙烯材料提供了理论基础。

Abstract:Cushioning properties were studied according to the static compression test data of cushioning package material made of corn straw and EPS. After the influence of plant fiber was taken into account, the frame of Sherwood-Frost constitutive relation was expanded. The model used for determining the non-liner constitutive relation was obtained, and the data of the model was recognized by data fitting method. This effective, reasonable method of describing the non-liner mechanics behavior has provided the base of theory for further studying plant corn straw and EPS.
