AFLP and Its Common Problems and Solutions |

| Abstract: | The common questions in the analyzed procedures of AFLP and its corresponding solutions were briefly summarized based on the working practices and the latest research results. The procedure included preparing DNA samples restriction-ligation of genomic DNA preamplification and selective amplification of products of restriction-ligation and electrophoresis of products of amplification on denaturing polyacrylamide gels. |
