| 摘 要： | 观察了２９日龄伊莎蛋鸡公雏的甲状腺重量和组织学结构的变化。在１～２９日龄，试鸡分别采食含３个菜籽饼水平（８％、１２％和１６％）和２个添加剂组合（富碘，维生素Ｋ３与维生素Ｂ１２加富）的饲粮。结果表明，甲状腺的绝对重量和其与鸡活重的比值（％）都不受试验处理影响（Ｐ＞０．０５）；也未发现与菜籽饼水平有关的甲状腺组织学变化

| Abstract: | The weight and histological changes of thyroid in 29 d old ISA male chicks were observed. The chicks were fed with diets containing three levels of rape seed meal (RSM) and two combinations of additives respectively. The results indicated that the absolute weight of thyroids and the ratio of thyroid to chick liveweight were not influenced by treatments of the trial ( P >0.05). No histological change in thyroid related to the level of RSM in diet was found. |
