河北省奶业科技创新效率比较研究

摘    要:科技创新对推动奶业高质量发展具有决定性作用,比较京津冀奶业科技创新效率,可以明确河北省未来的奶业发展路径。本文基于统计数据采用数据包络分析法对京津冀奶业技术效率进行测算、比较,揭示河北省奶业要素配置的短板。研究表明,京津冀协同发展战略促进了京津冀奶业整体效率的提升;河北省奶业在京津冀地区处于主导地位,出现了规模效率下降;天津奶业规模较小,要素配置未达到最优状态。据此提出河北省奶业高质量发展对策,加快奶业技术效率提升。

Abstract:Scientific and technological innovation plays a decisive role in promoting the high-quality development of dairy industry. Comparing the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei can clarify the future development path of dairy industry in Hebei Province. Based on the statistical data,the technical efficiency of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei is calculated and compared by using the data envelopment analysis method,and the weaknesses of dairy industry factor allocation in Hebei Province were revealed. Research showed that the coordinated development strategy of Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei has promoted the overall efficiency of dairy industry in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei. Hebei dairy industry is in the leading position in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei region,and its scale efficiency has declined. Tianjin dairy industry has a small scale,and the allocation of factors has not reached the optimal state. Based on this,the paper put forward the countermeasures for the development of high quality dairy industry in Hebei Province to improve the technical efficiency of dairy industry.
